The County Secretary deals with all matters concerning the membership organisation. All affiliation fees, changes of address, new memberships, deaths, DDSP's should be sent to him and nothing should be sent direct to HQ. All queries relating to Legion Clubs, discipline and Branch and Club administration are also within this area of expertise.
